Who is running this service?
BizJapanese is run by Puchikiyo LLC. (プチキヨ合同会社), a company formed by professional language instructors, based in Tokyo. We built this service to conform the real needs of foreign nationalities working professionally in Japan.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Within 30 days from the day you register, you may receive a refund. Just send us an email at email@example.com and we'll refund back to your card.
Do I need a credit card?
Currently beside credit cards, we also accept Paypal. Our billing system is handled by a secure third party payment system, so we never see any sensitive details of your credit card.
How does the billing work?
When you sign up, there is no contract and you get immediate access to all of the lessons according to your plan. The following month, you will be automatically charged for your second month's access. You may cancel at any time, and you will not be billed again.
Do I need to know Japanese beforehand?
Japanese in business settings is an advanced topic. You are expected beforehand to understand Hiragana, Katakana, and a fair amount of Kanji. As a guideline, proficiency below the JLPT level of N3 will have difficulties following our program. You can try BizJapanese for free and see for yourself.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Simply click the "Upgrade plan" button on your dashboard page, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know which plan you want to move to. If you switch to a plan with a lower price, we'll refund you the difference.
What are the system requirements?
Any computer with a modern Internet browser. We recommend Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome, but it also works in Safari, Opera, and Internet Explorer 8+.
